We made a series of illustrations for a grant proposal at the University of Nottingham, focussing on the attachment of erythromycin to binding sites in human serum albumin (HSA). We used a tool to calculate the most likely orientation of the molecule, the hydrogen bonds, and the amino acids involved with this bonding.
